"i was presented with an offer from rae for a photoshoot for my birthday. rae and i both had very conflicting schedules, but they were completely understanding and was able to accommodate that.
i asked if we could switch it up a bit, and requested my cousin to join. rae was totally okay with it, even encouraged this photoshoot for my cousin and i.
rae was such an incredible photographer. they made my cousin and i feel completely empowered, and even went out of their way to let my cousin and i do a few poses that weren’t in the list.
alongside feeling empowered, we had a great time. my cousin and i could not stay serious by any means, but rae was completely encouraging us to be authentic.
being allowed to be authentic and capture candid photos was my favorite part.
my cousin and i were so nervous because we’d never done anything like this before. rae made sure to make us feel comfortable with ourselves, and especially comfortable with them.
even with a couple technical difficulties, the pictures were beautiful, we got them incredibly quickly, and we got to pick some photos we really loved.
10/10 would absolutely recommend rae to everyone. comfortable with them.”
