2026 Session investments
1. SCHEDULE YOUR FREE CONSULTATION
You may reach out to Rae via any of the contact options available on this site. There's even a straightforward online booking page for no-contact until it's time to discuss!
2. Book Your SESSION
You reserve your date with a 30% retainer, which is required as an up-front payment. The rest must be paid in full by your session date*. This covers all the creative magic — planning, styling, shooting, the vibe, the energy, the whole experience.
3. RECEIVING YOUR PREP GUIDE
A week prior to your session, I will send a Pinterest moodboard with the collaborative vision we created during your consultation. You'll also receive a PDF prep guide and shotlist from me, which will help prepare you for our upcoming session. Inside the prep guide you'll find things like what to bring, what to wear, what not to worry about, and a general gist of how I'm setting up our poses.
4. pay the remainder
4 hours prior to your session, the remaining 70% is due. We will discuss your payment method during the consultation so that you're prepared and nothing is left to guess.
5. Time For Your Session
I will always send you the exact coordinates to where we should meet. We'll spend about 10 minutes chatting, discussing plans, and getting to know one another before we get started. During your session, every so often I will show you what I've captured. If there's any problems, concerns, desires, etc I will proceed with action to change things. This is your time, I'm just here to show you the best of you.
6. The Gallery Reveal
2-3 weeks after your session, you will receive a dedicated online gallery with 15-40 edited previews, depending on your package.
7. Choose Your Collection
If your package contains physical in-house prints, you'll choose which shots you want prints of. You may also place orders for additional print collections or luxe albums — Build the experience that feels right for you.
8. Delivery
Your chosen images are fully edited and delivered within 3 weeks. Prints and wall art are printed in-house for smaller pieces, or produced by a professional lab for heirloom-quality results.

how investments work
every session begins with a 30% non-refundable deposit that goes toward the final balance. from there, we'll discuss your shoot during a free phone consultation. this allows me to get to know you and your vision, your vibes. we'll pick a location, i'll help style your outfit, i create a pinterest board of my vision, and then i send you a shotlist.
after your session is over and i've edited the photos, we'll have our reveal. from there, you choose which images you'd like included with the specific number of images in your selected package. you may choose à la carte print sets that fit your story too, if you so wish. you only purchase what you love — nothing more, nothing less.
